Katrina Elam and country music star George Strait star in this sequel to Pure Country, about a young woman on the verge of country music stardom who goes against the wishes of three angels who aid her success and consequently loses her voice, but a country music superstar comes to her rescue. Blessed as a baby by three angels (Michael McKean, Bronson Pinchot and Cheech Marin) with a beautiful singing voice, young Bobbie Thomas (Katrina Elam) has been instructed her whole life to maintain the values of truth, fairness and integrity. As Bobbie stands on the brink of a successful career in country music, the influences around her begin to change her attitude and behaviour and one by one, she breaks each rule she was charged with keeping. When she lets down her estranged father (J.D. Parker), the angels withdraw their gift, and Bobbie loses her voice. A devastated Bobbie faces losing everything she has worked for, but into the breach steps country legend George Strait, who offers to help Bobbie work to regain her career.
