The Yards M 1999 | vla

After spending time in prison, hot-headed Leo Handler (Mark Wahlberg) joins his Uncle Frank (James Caan) in the family business in the rail yards of Queens where contractors repair and rebuild the city's subway cars. He discovers that these contracts are lucrative, so graft, violence and corruption are rife. As Leo wants to get his life back on track, he must decide between turning his back on the family or supporting their illegal world.

The Yards also features Charlize Theron, Joaquin Phoenix, Ellen Burstyn, and Faye Dunaway.
