This 1998 American buddy cop martial arts action film directed by Richard Donner, is the fourth installment of the Lethal Weapon series.

The maverick detective Martin Riggs (Mel Gibson) and his partner Roger Murtaugh (Danny Glover) re-team in this action comedy to investigate a Chinese immigrant smuggling ring and to contend with a deadly Chinese Triad leader (Jet Li) and his notorious L.A. gang, with help from internal affairs officer Lorna Cole (Rene Russo), private detective, Leo Getz (Joe Pesci) and sharp-tongued Detective Butters (Chris Rock).
